Black Friday 2022 is on Friday 22nd November.  But it is far from just a one day event – Black Friday gives retailers the chance to attract first-time customers and create a shopping experience that gives them reasons to become repeat customers.  It is a chance to be innovative in this key period pre-Christmas, and get a revenue boost.
