How to Apply for the 2024 / 2025 programme
We are now taking applications for our 2024 / 2025 Mentoring Programme, please ensure you have read the code of conduct in advance of applying. We will do our best to match all mentors and mentees, however it may not be possible depending on our applications and criteria for matching. If you would like to discuss this in advance of applying, please email maeve@iabireland.ie
Mentors should have 10 + years of experience in the Digital Advertising industry.
You will ideally have experience of being a mentor previously, either in your organisation or in another area.
In your application you will be asked to share with us why you would like to be a mentor in this programme, outlining your experience to date highlighting areas of the industry that you have worked in and the skills you would bring to the programme.
Mentees should ideally have 4-5 years of experience in the Digital Advertising industry, although those with less / more will be considered.
You should have clear goals that you would like to achieve in the discussions with a mentor and have a particular interest in growing your knowledge and progressing your career within Digital Advertising.
You will need the support of your line manager to sign up to this programme.
In your application, you will be asked to share with us why you would like to be a mentee in this programme, outlining your experience to date and your primary goals in signing up as well as the particular area of the business you would like your mentor to come from (Agency, Brand, Platform, Publisher).
